SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping takes place via Hermes and can be tracked with a tracking number. Depending on the order, the shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout. For a tabular list of shipping costs, see FAQ. If your country is not available, please contact me regarding delivery costs - in principle, shipping can take place worldwide.
REFUND POLICY
Return policy for personalized goods:
The customer is expressly informed that the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products. Since the personalized goods are made according to the customer's individual wishes, there is no right to cancellation or return.
Right of return of unpersonalized goods
The statutory right of withdrawal applies here. The customer has the right to return the unpersonalized goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The customer bears the costs for the return. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must send the seller a clear statement of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The revocation can be made in writing by post or email. The seller will refund the customer the purchase price for the returned unpersonalized goods within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer chose when placing the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Seller reserves the right to refuse refund or withhold a reasonable amount for any diminution in value of the goods if the goods are not returned in an unused and resalable condition.
